Beautiful new home

Hi, I am a single mother with two boys. They are both at school and very busy with extra curricular activities so we are not home much at all. Weekends are also busy with sport. They are old enough and hibernate in their rooms. But this is a 4 bedroom house and I would like to rent one room out. I aim to continue providing my children with private education and this will help me. No others in this house other than my boys and I. We have a Delightful King Charles Cavilier and is just adorable. The boys father visits Often And is active in their life. He is cool. He just talks a lot. Downstairs is a study the boys use for their Xbox and a spare room With built in, queen bed, mattress, low boy and a bedside table. All these are new. Only 3 weeks old. This bedroom is on offer. I am self employed and float between work and working from home but mainly at work. I was born in Australia from migrant Italian parents. I speak fluent Italian. I am a neat freak and love a tidy house. I’m not crazy OCD but I do like tidiness. Everything is available for you to use including washing machine and a gas clothes dryer (the best invention ever). I also have new linen. You will have your own bathroom and toilet as we have another 2 upstairs. I seek a female as I have two young children. The beautiful flat preffer any females fully furnished it is double room set and short term stay it is near market and beautiull park, it is aviable with fast imternet access and air conditions facility is also available
