What you don’t see on wicker furniture is that staples are used in the hand weaving of wicker furniture. We use stainless steel staples. This is a rare feature found on outdoor wicker furniture. All our wicker pieces are hand woven making them all individual and they are constructed using smart design and durable materials for a long comfortable life in Australian conditions. We use only quality Sunproof™ cushions that are zippered for easy removal and launde********* ion dyed and have excellent colour fast, stain and water resistant qualities. Coffee tables, side tables and ottomans are also available in most colours and ranges. Assembly Requirements This Daybed has no bolts holding it together. It is a quality Daybed that is completely welded. It therefore requires no assembly and has no fittings that can loosen. Warranty ALUMINIUM / WICKER / TEXTILENE SLINGS / CUSHIONS / GLASS WARRANTIES Aluminium frames are covered by a *3 year manufacturers structural warranty. Warranty specifi********* inish caused by accident, misuse, scratching, acts of nature, common wear and tear, corrosion and effects of salt, chlorine, chemicals, pitting, fading or peeling, dirt or grime. Powdercoating manufacturing defects is covered by an exclusive 1 year limited warranty. ‘Sunproof ‘ cushions and ‘Sunproof’ textilene slings are covered by a *3 year limited warranty for manufacturer and fabric defects. Standard textilene slings are covered by a 1 year warranty. Cushion and sling warranties specifically excludes common wear and tear, stains, mildew, fading and stretching of fabric, and flattening of any cushion filling, deterioration of internal pillow cases surrounding inner. PE Wicker is covered by a *3 year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty specifically excludes common wear and tear, scratching of wicker finish or any damage caused through exposure to direct sunlight. It is recommended that PE wicker should not be placed in direct sunlight and defects resulting from this type of exposure is excluded from it’s warranty. Tempered glass is not covered under manufacturers warranty. The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects. If an item should fail as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use, the manufacturer at their discretion will repair, or replace the failed item. The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute failed items with a similar product should the model or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only not a complete setting. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a repair, or replacement pursuant to a claim. If a customer is required to claim a warranty it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to the store of purchase along with a copy of the original tax invoice. The customer is responsible for all packaging and freight charges incurred when returning warranty claims. Warranty specifically excludes general wear and tear, rusting of steel components and parts, corrosion, commercial use and damage caused as a result of failure to observe reasonable care, maintenance and assembly instructions for both furniture and hardware.
