It is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and built in wardrobes. The house itself is fully equipped with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry with a washer and dryer as well as 2 fridges and a microwave. The house has 6 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms. The house mates are young professionals or students finishing university. Age range is 23-28. We are a strictly no party house as we work and study. No pets or smoking is allowed inside. - Minimum leasing period of 6 months - Bond of 4 weeks rent (lodged with department of fair trading bond board) - Rent paid 4 weeks in advance Gas, water, electricity and internet bills are covered by the owner. The house is located near a bus stop and is 5 minute walk to Uni of sydney and to the shops and resturants on glebe point road. It is a 5 minute bus ride to sydney CBD and about a 10 minute walk to broadway shopping centre.Totally furnished with attached bathroom, there is no car parking vailable, Its one bedroom set.
