In doing so we offer a broad range of services designed to cater to men,their physiology and lifestyle. Whether it be a quick trim or luxurious hydrospa, our mission is to see that your needs are fulfilled. The MBW team is very focused on consistency and procedure, so we would like to familiarise you with some important information in order for us to maintain our professional standards and high deportment of service. As a client we would appreciate you acknowledge the following information in order for us to achieve this. Appointments: Appointments can be made on the day if availability permits or in advance. A 50% deposit is required for Saturday appointments that exceed 2 hours. This is to be made payable at the time of your booking and will be refunded to you or included in your treatment cost on the day. Payment can be made in person or over the ********* t card. If you fail to meet your appointment without the required cancellation notice time, you will forfeit your 50% pre-payment. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24-hours notice for individual treatments and 72-hours for groups bookings (that is two or more people).
