What you’ll be doing: You will be following our simple 3 step system to place new ads on various platforms to generate leads, and contacting those people who respond to give them more information over the ********* rmed decision from them. A simple process with room for lots of creativity in an ever-changing market. From the start, we’ll need you to: Be on purpose, with a real drive to dive into our personal development courses for yourself so they can help you achieve your goals, both personally and professionally Create your own ad copy over various platforms, with guidance through our ongoing training, and excellent resources from our marketing library. You also have the room to investigate new social platforms and other mediums that may be suitable for promoting our courses and events. This is a flexible role, but you also must be available to join daily training streams, at various set times (depending on where you are located around the globe} Be open to sha********* ilures with a like-minded, inspiring supportive community of copywriters and marketers from around the globe Be able to conduct structured interviews over the phone with people who respond to your ads Who I look for: I'm looking for someone who has common sense, is open to learning new things and growing with the company, and has a strong drive to develop your own leadership and entrepreneurial skills. You would be someone who: Is positive and not afraid to try new things Has a level of professionalism but also bold enough to allow for imperfections and to 'give things a go to see if they work' Sees a failure as a learning experience and fuel for growth A desire to collaborate with team members in the creative team and beyond. Is goal driven and wants to continually work towards achieving them, resetting new goals and going for it again.
