Trading as North Shore Timber and Hardware , the business has been operating for over 44 years, progressing from a modest retail outlet at Willoughby, to its current operation of fully undercover timber warehouses at 6 locations . Whilst focusing on the building trade, the company also supplies to the general public and keeps a comprehensive range of construction timbers . This includes a large range of pre-primed treated finger jointed pine, solid LOSP treated pine and sawn and kiln dried hardwood . We also stock Western red cedar, Radiata pine, Tasmanian oak and Maple as well as an extensive range of radiata architraves , skirtings and mouldings. NS Timber is also Sydney's largest stockist of H2 LVL products. We also keep a large range of hardwood decking and floo********* sent. The company currently employs more than 50 full and part time staff . Our stores are located at Thornleigh , Chatswood , Warriewood , Eastgardens , Gosford and Miranda The company has 6 drivers employed on a permanent basis with others working part time as required. We service the Sydney Basin and the Central Coast daily, and regularly deliver further afield to Newcastle and the Hunter, the Blue Mountains, Wollongong and the Southern Highlands.
