Purple Sands is a nice restaurant. Good environment and decor. The service was great. The FOOD was incredible, a pastry with some sort of bourbon ice cream. Nice place to go out and try something new.they menu includes a plethora of choices when it comes to Chinese dishes. You must try they Chef’s Recommendations menu, which includes Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk, Prawn Cake with Chinese Broccoli, Spicy Salt/Salty Egg Yolk Soft Shell Crab, Mince Seafood and Japanese Tofu, Pan Fried Pork Neck, Lamb Fillet Lean XO Sauce and many more.vegetarian food also available.. ect... more than information visit to the website...
